Update on the Pool
Well, most of us who predicted the early arrival of the baby were way off. Becky has been having contractions on and off (with one bunch last week that had us packing bags for the hospital before it subsided) and has shown most pretty much all of the signs of early labor, but still no baby. Those still alive in the pool include
- Alex: Today
- Jason: Sept 12
- Sophie: Sept 13
- Nick: Sept 14 (also the official due date)
- Glenn: Sept 17
Note that there are no Mothers remaining in the list. So much for the wisdom of those who have done this themselves already.
At this point I’ll be happy whenever the baby comes, but I have no idea when that will be.

The mothers were going on optimism and wishful thinking. This mother always had late babies. If you’re opening the pool to second chances, I’ll take September 21st. She can be a special birthday present for Shad.
