Happy Birthday, Becky!

Yesterday was my birthday and it was awesome. Shad and Sophie worked really hard to make the morning great for me and Molly watched the girls for the afternoon so that Shad and I could be massages (I would highly recommend such a birthday tradition) and then made an awesome dinner and threw me a party. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday.

The best part was getting all those cards and phone calls. Instead of the usual bills and junk mail, the mail man brought me birthday cards! Yeah! I know that my family and friends really know me because every card made me laugh and fit me perfectly. And I got so many happy phone calls. I even got a voicemail singing Happy Birthday, which was really funny (Don’t worry, I won’t tell them that it was you, Glen) and Julia almost said “Happy Birthday”.¬†All those calls and cards¬†really made my day. Thank you all. It really made me feel special.

I was watching television the other day and someone said “September 11th is like the day that Kennedy died, everyone remembers where they were.” Yeah? Well I remember where I was for like the past 20 years. Mima probably remembers even farther back.

I maybe 25, but I think that this year will be the best one yet. I have everyone and everything that I could ever want. It’s a big year for my family. Sophie will be 5 this year (now THAT makes me feel old), Lillian is turning the big ONE and Shad qualifies for the senior discount this year. (Just kidding, babe).

Love you all!
